Registration Form
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
Membership dues of $45.00 are due with Festival Registration.
Memberships can be purchased or renewed below.
Early-bird registration before March 25, 2012, receives $10.00 discount. (Full Festival Registrations Only)
Students receive half price discount on events only.
(Meals, membership, early bird and other discounts are not included).
Institutions sending more than 2 people to the Festival may inquire about special rates.

Meals are not included in the Festival event registration but are available for purchase below.
Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds must be made in writing by April 6.
$25 processing fee will be withheld.

CSC uses PayPal to process credit card transactions.
You do not need a PayPal account to register.
You will be given a choice between paying by credit card or PayPal.

When you add an item to your shopping cart you will be taken to your "shopping cart page" where you can change
the quantity of the item you selected or remove items. You can then either continue shopping by clicking on the "continue shopping" button or proceed
to check out by clicking on the "proceed to checkout" button which will take you to the "payment information page."
You will be given a choice between paying by credit card or PayPal.
Proceed with your preferred method of payment and fill in the required information.
• Purchasing for more than one person? Please click on the "Add special instructions to seller" portion when on the "review payment" page,
and type in their full names.
• Student? Please click on the "Add special instructions to seller" portion when on the "review payment" page,
and type in the name of the school you attend.
You must show valid student ID and Paypal confirmation page when checking in at the Festival registration table on the day of the Festival.
After your payment is complete you will receive a confirmation.
Please bring a copy of the confirmation with you when you check in at the Festival.
